BA, BEd, MA, OCT

Jennifer is a licensed Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education. She is passionate about helping people create fulfilling and meaningful lives by working through what often holds them back - whether that’s lack of clarity, anxiety, self-esteem, or limiting beliefs.

Her therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, Jennifer is an Ontario Certified Teacher with more than a decade of experience working in education. While teaching can be deeply rewarding, it also comes with unique challenges such as chronic stress, burnout, and the impact these can have on mental health. Jennifer is especially dedicated to supporting educators, helping them feel truly heard and understood, while also equipping them with practical tools to care for their well-being.
